Hi my name is Bev, I was left disabled following a road accident some years ago, I went from DLA to pip in 2017, I have been told by the DWP that the mobility part is going to be reviewed for a lot of people, does anybody know if this is correct thanks.

It is correct. It is because of court decisions that the rules were particularly unfair to people with mental health conditions.0

Hi,It's the following and planning a journey part of PIP that's being looked at again. If you're claiming for physical condition then your claim won't be looked at again. If this descriptor applied to you when you were awarded then there's no need to contact them, they will eventually contact you with a decision.0
