Hi,What letter did they tell you, you'd receive and what group told you this? Have you had the decision on the decision yet? Sorry but it's not clear what exactly it is you're asking.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Good morning puppy, and a happy New year to you I'm Han universal credit now but he's very confusing anywayto the point I had my capability assessment on 17th of November 2018 a week later a I read letter online which on now universal account saying that in a group also l limited work capability this means we will not be asking me to look for work a prepare for work. And I'll be getting £328..32 extra he also said that we're getting letter in the post within 7 days but I never received no letter I haven't been.. Paid also I had one payment I'm universal credit in November this was because I was getting my last pay off from my employment I have been trying to phone find out what's going on I can never get through and find this very frustrated I would be very grateful if you could and advise me on what you doing x thank you Jacqueline

Hi Robin,Happy New Year to you too. Please have another read of what it says on your journal because limited capability for work (LCW) doesn't entitle you to any extra money. Those that claimed after April 2017 will not be paid any extra amount. If it says limited capability for work related activity (LCWRA) then you'll be paid the extra £328 per month. The pay you received in November will be counted as income for any UC you would have received during that assessment period, this means for that month you would have received less UC. Payments should return to normal the month after if no more pay is received during the assessment period.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Thank you poppy yes it did say ltd limited activit been trying to get to get through but having problem on the phone fhours i really ridiculous I've emails on my journey yet no reply
-
They well known for not replying to messages on journals. As you were given LCWRA the extra amount is payable from the 4th month of your claim, starting from when you sent in your first sick note.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Thank you poppy again at my rescue inneed I will let you know of the outcome if and they reply?
