Is it usual for DWP to request SOR?
Hi I won my tribunal was awarded enhanced care and mobility a Fortnite ago after an 18 month rigermarole
Now found out that dwp have applied for a request of reasons
I’m hoping someone can tell me if it’s known is this usual is this just them trying it on and postpone the inevitable or is it quite a high percentage that get found in there favour to go to tier 2 as judges have been found to make a lot of mistakes in law
I’ve almost lost my home on aug9 only saved it the evening 8th and will be in the same situation soon if I don’t get something sorted in my favour
Any info or advice much appreciated
Thank you Rob

so do u think it’s just yet another weapon in there arsenal to try get people to fall by the wayside and not push the claim
and it’could just be another stalling tactic
to see if they can save the money
although I got this far I’d never stop now but it was such a sickly feeling came over me when I was informed this morning I thought my sky had fallen in
as we’ve been just getting to each hurdle and it was a battle to do that so thought that was it
thank you
