I’ve not worked since Dec 2015 when my knee got damaged . I claimed esa work related but after a year it stopped . My condition as worsened and I’ve also got fibromyalgia and awaiting appt at chest clinic . Would I be able to reclaim on the basis of condition getting worse and new illness ? I know prob not contributory esa but could I claim income related esa ? Or just put a reclaim in ??
