We are talking serious money here. Having worked on the land for 40 plus years and became disabled I bought my first scooter only 470watt motor 2.5 inch ground clearance it took me everywhere had it for 18 months over two winters going over track ways dirt tracks and rough grass parkland. Moving on to my next model with a 700 watt motor 6.5 inch ground clearance but narrow wheels 2.5 inch width.coped far better but played my shoulders up going over rougher ground so changed to my present model with a 1200 watt motor double A frame suspension lighter steering and smoother ride and 4 inch wide wheels. Having an all terrain scooter needs wider gate ways and uneserary for most people using public rights of way with scooter acess sadly most have either kissing gates or styles plus you must have good range for your return .
