Hi @Mushroom79onions
Unfortunately what this requires is specialist legal advice and most on this forum can only offer advice based on our own knowledge and experiences.
You would need to find someone who deals with this kind of query either at a law firm or advice centre.Good luck.

Hi,I completely agree with @debsidoo No one here knows anything about the case so it will be impossible to give the correct advice. https://advicelocal.uk/
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -

As they were represented then you really should be speaking to them about this.

Hi @Mushroom79onions, I'm sorry you feel this way.
Benefits queries can be a really difficult and emotive thing for people to discuss, particularly over an online forum, and it's very easy to misinterpret the words of other community members, even when they're trying to signpost you to the right resources. I can see that you're feeling upset by this, and I hope we can help to resolve this as we did your last concern, however if you do want to leave the community we respect this decision.
You do not want to receive emails from us, however to delete your account you'll need to email us at community@scope.org.uk with your request so we can take care of this for you. Do get in touch and let us know how you would like to proceed. -
I'm sorry you feel this way but it's not possible to give you the advice you're asking on an internet forum, which is why I advised getting some face to face advice. I don't see anywhere in either of my replies where i was nasty with my advice.

Apologies, I read the initial post incorrectly so deleted my reply to avoid confusion

Most of the people on the forum who give the advise are not benefits advisers. They are people who claim benefits there self, like myself.
