A few weeks a go I received the ESA3 (IBR) form to fill in.
Do we have to fill it in or can we just ignore it and carry on as we are ?
It's a lot to fill in and goes back to 2012.

Hi,If you think you're not entitled to the Income related top up then you don't need to fill it in, just sign it saying the reasons why you won't qualify. If you're not sure you qualify then i'd advise filling it in because you could be owed some money. DWP can't assess you unless it's filled in.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Thanks poppy, I'm always a bit worried when filling in forms from the DWP.
And this form seems even bigger then the old DLA form I filled in !!
