Servere disable premiums

They put servere disable premiums in place now just few question .
I already recieve universal credit but lost premium wen I had to claim 15mnths ago .so now I should recieve my servere disable premium .they say it's also will get back dated to my claim date .Will that be sorted now .for the back payment ..I no they still out on the compensation side going to be dealt with soon.
But I am also wondering I don.t have to come off universal credit as that be a big headache .or will I stay on the universal credit as it's saying that if u recieve servere disable premiums u not suppose to be on universal credit ..I hope not as I battle with them and just got into routine hopefully now..but anyone no
