Is it 12 months from when your pip date ends you are assed again or 6 months

You are spot on in the time frame but can, could vary depending on numbers required in your area and your initial award time scale. Any reason why you need to know.

Yes my partner passed her pip tribunal last tuesday they called us back in and told us there and then we had passed for the 3rd time now told us it was till 2021 so was wondering if it was 12 months or 6 to be reassed again and getting ready to start a 4 tribuunal

For Tribunal awards then DWP contact you 14 weeks before the award is due to end.
