    I'm new to all this I've just been diagnosed with COPD as well as ephaseamia and I just don't no what to think or do next I'm just getting over a bad chest infection all over Christmas but with all this news I just don't no how to think or how to step forward now

    Sorry to hear this, we understand that a new diagnosis can be overwhelming. Some of our community members have COPD and emphysema and I am sure they will be more than happy to get in touch with you to offer support. Let us know if you ever need to chat or anything :)

    I'm 60 in June and Ive  always helped others still do now but I'm slower I've been a carer but gave that up to care for my own mum but she is gone now long ago but still help others
