I'm new to all this I've just been diagnosed with COPD as well as ephaseamia and I just don't no what to think or do next I'm just getting over a bad chest infection all over Christmas but with all this news I just don't no how to think or how to step forward now

Sorry to hear this, we understand that a new diagnosis can be overwhelming. Some of our community members have COPD and emphysema and I am sure they will be more than happy to get in touch with you to offer support. Let us know if you ever need to chat or anything

I'm 60 in June and Ive  always helped others still do now but I'm slower I've been a carer but gave that up to care for my own mum but she is gone now long ago but still help others
