Had my tribunal hearing today. I seem so tongue tied. It went ok. But i was nervous but truthful.
At the end they said they will send decision by post.
SO now I am a wreck. Thinking they will deny me.
But i won't put myself through it again.
THEY stopped my p.i.p. last year February. Now I am so worried.
SO guys any reply by post to me seems bad.

Hi,They can't always make decisions on the day, if this happens it doesn't mean anything other than they couldn't make the decision. People have had successful Tribunal decisions through the post. Usually a decision is received in a few days.0

So when you win. It's about 5 weeks before any payment0

It can take up to 8 weeks, sometimes longer to receive any back pay after a Tribunal win.
