I have Autism Spectrum Disorder and anxiety disorder and I have been having problems finding a job. I have work experience in restaurants, childcare and retail but struggled with the changes in routine and heightened sensory input. I cannot cope well with the interview process either - new people/places, talking about myself " to sell my skills", eye contact and asking the employer questions. I am unsure what type of work would be best for me, I have a lot to offer employers but don't get past the interview.
