Hi @hello1234 this is hard to answer fully without knowing more of your circumstances, but if you are having health problems which make daily living tasks and/or getting around outdoors/walking difficult, time consuming or painful then you may be able to claim Personal Independence Payment (PIP), see some basic information here: https://www.gov.uk/pip/eligibility  This is not related to your ability to work or not so may be worth looking at.  All other benefits are means tested so will depend on your income/capital.  You can do a benefit check here: https://www.entitledto.co.uk/benefits-calculator/Intro/Home?cid=b6749d01-1a02-46ba-b4a5-f77f5f7e54a0

If your GP will give you a fit note, this may also mean you could get more help via Universal Credit but this will depend on whether your income entitles you to Universal Credit of course.  If the benefit checker in the link above does not answer all your questions you could contact a local advice centre for more personalised advice and information.

    Hi,

As you work full time the SSP is payable for 28 weeks from your employer.
