quick update

just had my assessment 

it it was a Male assessor and he was so compassionate and understanding.

he read all my last assessment and the complaint and said he couldn’t believe it got zero points.

he also said my last assessor no longer works for the company.

so complaining can have an effect.

it has just restored my faith that some of the assessors do understand and want to help out.

one thing he mentioned to me was this assessment would over rule the last one.

so does this mean I still have to go to the tribunal?

    You won’t know about anything until you get your assessment results so if you have enough points you won’t go to tribunal.If you don’t have enough points you may have to take it to tribunal.You will have to wait and see, there is no way of knowing just by what the assessor said, it will be up to the decision maker at DWP.

    I don’t always absorb what people are saying so i can’t remember what he actually said.

    But he was discusted that my last assessment got zero points.

    He actually researched my condition as he knew nothing about it.

    So am I write in thinking what your saying is, That if I get enough points my last assessment will be overruled and I won’t need to go to the tribunal?

    Jello request a copy of your acessment rrpore this will give you an indecaion of whst your award may be but you still have to wait for the official award notification letter,

    Do you know if this superceeds the last assessment and the possible tribunal?

    So I have just spoke to PIP and they have stated that my new claim has nothing to do with my first claim and any award will not overule or be taken into consideration on my first claim.

    I was told that I can send in any information from the second claim to the Tribunal service to be used as extra evidence.
