HI,Prompting means you need to be reminded or encouraged to do something, not because you need reminding not to do something.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

I still think you're totally misunderstanding what the descriptors mean. Are you applying for PIP for the first time or have you applied and been refused.

Washing hands isn't part of this descriptor.

You must read the descriptor, can you clean yourself after using the toilet, you have answered yes that’s all PIP needs to know the fact that because of your OCD you find the need to wash your hands more than once is not a question or required information for this question of the PIP descriptors. So you will not be awarded any points for this descriptor. Have or are you getting receiving help with this problem?

I tend to agree with @poppy123456.
You'd be better concentrating on the descriptors that do apply rather than trying to bend the descriptors of those which obviously don't in order to "get a couple of points over."
