Hi @berveveddisabledmom welcome to the community!
Sorry to hear this, have they stated the reason why it has been stopped?Disability Gamechanger - 2019 -
They have stated I don’t meet the criteria anymore however my disabilities are now worse than when originally awarded, and further medical issues on top they have lied on their response from the assessment at my home how can they get away with these lies.

Will you be appealing the decision?Disability Gamechanger - 2019

I will I just feel so deflated ? I don’t know how to fight their lies x

I have not experienced this myself, however hundreds of our community members have and I am sure they will be more than happy to get in touch with you to offer support.
In the meantime, do have a read of our information in appealing a DWP benefit decision which will explain all the steps you need to take.Disability Gamechanger - 2019 -
Hello @berveveddisabledmom Pleased to meet you welcome.
Thank you for joining and sharing. Sorry what has happened.
Please can I say you have been given some excellent information from my friend @Ami2301 . Have a look at that.
I am one of the team of community champions like @Ami2301 and @steve51.
Please can I also add speak to your local CAB office and have a look at their website. You need right now reassurance. We as a community are here to support and help. Advise best we can do. Many of our community have been through this.
I know at this moment a lot of anxiety and stress. Understand we will be here anytime to listen. Answer any questions if we can.
Please if I add further do you have any one who is supporting you. Might be useful to talk and discuss with any one who is a family member or a friend.
One suggestion I also have is to speak to your local MP if not happy, they often are interested in the outcomes of any benefit decisions.
Hope that helps. Please keep in touch, try to be strong.
Please take care.

Hi @berveveddisabledmom, and a warm welcome to the community.
I'm so sorry to hear this. You've had some great advice from our community members already, but if you have any further questions do feel free to post in our PIP/DLA discussions and we'll do our best to advise. -

I didn't know how to fight it and honestly, I could not be bothered to.
However a few weeks ago I found an advisor who would help (at a cost - you pay your money - you get your choice).
The appeal went in 9 months after the MR result was issued.
All I can say is that we are down by well over £200 a week, but you do find that after a while you get used to the lower level of income and don't miss it.
