Hello. Just a little about me. I'm 58 and have 'mild CP down one side of my body. Its caused me so many issues over the years. Balance is really bad. Sitting here writing this with a black eye following a fall on Thursday and now waiting for a knee replacement due to sevre artheritis.
Its not all doom and gloom though. I have a lovely husband, friends and live by the sea. Looking forward to talking to people who know whats its really like. ☺ x

Antonia.
Thank you. I am better today. Think it always shakes me up after a fall. Sometimes its difficult to explain to people that I have mild CP and that I can't manage some things but I guess I should be used to it by now. I'm glad I found this forum. Everyone is very caring. x -
