Pan fry Salmon with Sauté pan Olive oil and cook on one side. See the colour changing from dark pink to light. On a medium heat.

Cover and allow to cook for around five minutes.  Season and add if you wish some lemon juice.  Remove  keep warm and add vegetables and sauce a portion gently sauté not too long around five minutes.

To a serving bowl  with portion of sauce and vegetables. Fish on top.  I use serving bowls when eating food not plates.  More attractive. Use various Pasta bowls.

Hello @mossycow My friend missed this sorry.

Sounds great what you have done.  Nothing wrong using Angel Delight.

Hope you had an enjoyable evening. My Valentines Day been a long time now very quiet. One time the phone red hot with requests from former friends demanding my time.

Guess who ended cooking meals for friends by early hours total cream as they say and washed up and scrubbed down, probably some of the kitchens first time for a while.

I use a lot of cheats, tips, tricks and savers learnt over the years being a volunteer in kitchens.

I go on line and order now the pre diced cuts of meat for my recipes.

Like stir-fry and Curry already diced for you saves me chopping wonderful.

So many now meal savers. Ideas . I use the precooked Basmati rice to microwave just add to dish when cooking, same with noodles to wok sorts.

As I do always look on line for new ideas and time savers.

Used to be Ready Steady Cook where did that go ?  Miss that because in twenty minutes showed the public how to make delicious food.

    Plus the education and knowledge.

Look forward talking more .  Share more recipes. Anytime.  Remember always here the spiceman line to what do I cook tonight .

    Take care.
