Does anyone else not get messages from your brain to your bowels

No it just means I don’t know when my bowels are full and wanted to know if anyone else has had this

Hi pmj I never get messages from my brain to tell me that my bowel as worked it just works and I never know tell I look which is a problem I have a stoma so I have colostomy bags but I do not know that it is working which is a problem end up with incontinence which as a large impact on my life with uncontrolled leakage and bags just coming away.
