i receive the lower rate mobility award for pip this was changed from the higher rate when i switched over from dla however my condition worsened late last year (severe eosinophilic refractory asthma diagnosed and PTSD) i was advised by a respiratory nurse specialist in hospital to re apply so i did i went for face to face consultation on the 22nd january and i have received a copy of the report the examiner has missed out most of what i told her and even stated that i refused to be examined i had my auntie with me who can support me in saying that never happend i would only have been to happy to be examined the examiner has also copied and pasted the same answer in the report for explanations just a total lack of information and understanding i was awarded the same as before low rate mobility i plan to now appeal this decision with the backing of hospital consultants my psychologist and GP , i was just wondering has anyone had a similar experiance with these "health care professionals" as mine has left me deflated angry and annoyed ive had the lung condition my whole life its chronic and will only progress
