Hello, 

I was awarded standard PIP in 2014, but feel that the scoring and activities were unfair. 

Does anyone know if passing the driving test counts as a change of circumstance?

    Passing your driving test has no relevance to your PIP award

    @adamb123, passing your driving test and informing the DWP of a change of circumstances would not be a good idea. Not knowing what your award was in 2014 and the fact you can now drive could undermine your award. Your mental abilities are great to be able to drive a car, plan and follow a route plus all the other activities required to drive and operate a car. Leave well alone.
