Good Afternoon,
I receive both PIP components and I am due a review next year,the award was for 5 years,I will be 72 next year,given Amber Rudds announcement will I still be called in for my review..?

No one knows exactly what the qualifying conditions are to be granted a 10 year award based on the speech by Amber Rudd. It could well be that you have to have enhanced rates for both components, you may have to have recognised conditions, you may well need proof that the impact on your life is stable and will never change, no one knows.trireme said:Good Afternoon,

Sometimes politicians spout what they are hoping to get through but it could be challenged along the way by other MPs.
You will have to wait for the DWP to officially tell you what will happen which maybe this year or next year or even the year after.
