Mandortary reconsideration

Hi I've got to phone DWP Monday and ask for a mandortary reconsideration as it will be 27 days since they stopped my ESA. I've waited on advice from the citizens advice because I'm waiting for xrayx results for evidence and for my doctor to be able to do me a report.  I don't know why but I'm very anxious and scared I get mixed up and say they wrong thing. Anyone here had to do this and can you tell me how you said it. Sorry for being dim but scared of getting things wrong

    Hi,

You really should put your request in writing stating which group you think you should be in and your reasons why. Requesting the MR over the phone is risky because DWP could turn around and say you never requested it. As you're almost at the 1 month deadline, then ring Monday to just request it and then tell them you'll send a letter with extra evidence. No one on an internet forum can tell you what to say, other than to just request it at this point because no one knows how your conditions affect you.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

I wouldn't worry about it too much, the way MR's usually go, you are practically guaranteed having to appeal.
