Has anyone else been awarded enhanced daily living and mobility then found that Universal Credit have decided you have to work? Im deaf with speech. Suffer depression.. Anxiety and agoraphobia... Have limited mobility and am in constant pain. PIP just highered my mobilty to enhanced... Im entitled to a carer... Blue badge etc. Universal credit have now taken me off the support group and put me into the back to work. Theyve taken nearly £400 off my benefit yet when my daughter asked if i could take a carer to work (sarcastically they said no I should be in the support group! Am having to appeal. Anyone else having problems?

It's hard I know, just have to fight, an appeal but tell the truth about every little pain, tic, cramp weakness, truly think it won't be long for you get your payment and that will ease your mind a little xx0

It's unbelevable how this can happen.
Makes you wonder what goes on in their heads0 -
I had the same I have had my leg amputated amongst other conditions. I appealed and won at tribunal so keep fighting. Good luck0

your support group position, should be carried over to your universal credit, accord to gov, and when you had your U/C f2f after applying online, the person dealing with your U/C, should set it up as such, but you need to make sure they are, set it up, to YOUR SITUATION DISABILITY WISE ie ( support group status )

@ VICBAILEY
They did that for 4 months then changed it to work group. I was on ESA support group but had to change to UC who decided 4 months 'grace' was long enough! Started the appeal now which had to be done by phone. . Being deaf with speech thats ridiculous enough .. My daughter had to do it on my behalf!0
