Aspergers and PIP stopped - help?

my daughter as aspergers syndrome and as had her pip stopped we are now waiting for appeal while waiting can we fill another form in for pip

    Hi @dale and welcome

    If you have no award in payment then there is no waiting time. However making a new claim with the same evidence is unlikely to produce a different result.

    A new claim will mean a new decision which will then limit any result from the tribunal to the date of the new decision

    There is no point re-applying while you are still appealing. Focus on the appeal by getting as much evidence and help as possible.
