Hey guys, i suffer from severe anxiety and find ringing up the PIP enquiry line a seriously daunting task.
Today i rang up the PIP enquiry line at around 5:20, they kept me on hold in an anxious mess for 39 minutes and then said they were closed, try again tomorrow.
I was ringing because not last monday, the Monday before when i rang, they said that i should get a text and the forms sent to me and they still haven't come..
Anyone got advice?
thanks

Hi,Unfortunately, the only way you'll know if the forms have been sent is to ring again tomorrow. I always find the best time to ring is 8am or close to that time but even then expect a wait.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
