Call PIP helpline. I phoned for report next day. Arrived after 10 days.

Leave it a few days then ring DWP number on your form have your national insurance number to hand, then request a copy of your acessment report. It takes about 14 days to arrive once requesting. You will be able to get a good Indecation of what your award maybe but you still have to wait for the official award notification letter.

Information from Assessment Provider
Independent Assessment Services
: Getting a copy of your assessment report - You can only request a copy once DWP writes to you with their decision. To ask for your copy you should contact DWP on 0800 121 4433 or textphone 0800 121 4493. We’re not able to provide a copy of the report on the day of your face-to-face consultation.
Although I keep seeing instances online of people who have requested and received their reports!
Anyone any views on this ?

I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
@tricia190 That is not correct. It's what the assessment provider says to put people off seeing their report till after the decision. They send the report PA4 to DWP so it's up to them when you can have it. I waited a week after my son's assessment to make sure it had arrived at DWP and it was posted to me the same afternoon but takes a few days as sent 2nd class. I am his appointee.

@poppy123456 and @wildlife Thanks for your replies , just proves the misinformation out there and no wonder people get so confused . Thank you for clarifying that point , I will go ahead and request the copy of my assessment report now.

When you receive the report somewhere at the back there will be boxes with dots/ticks. You'll need to compare those with the PIP descriptors to add the score. If there's points recommended they are not added up because the report is just a recommendation, although they usually go with the report.
