I'm waiting to hear back from mine after my report was filled with lies and untruths about my condition so I scored 0 points. I applied for a MR about 6 weeks ago. Has anyone had any luck with theirs?

Hi @floraloraSuccess rate at MR is about 18% so be prepared to go to tribunal.Have you got a copt of the assessment report ?Be all you can be, make every day count. Namaste

No, I went off what was put in the letter with how many points I scored. There was a section about how they came to their decision

It might be a good idea to ask for a copy, even if just for your records

Hi @floralora, I'm really sorry to hear about this. We're currently trying to gather as many stories about people with poor experiences of PIP, ESA and Universal Credit, in particular those who have scored 0 points on their assessments. If you'd be willing, we'd love to hear from you in our 'tell us your experiences of benefits thread'.Community Manager

I've ha my benefits cut/removed 6 times. It was reversed at MR once. I won at tribunal the other 5 times. About 73% of in-person tribunal appeals are won by the claimant.

@ilovecats Just out of interest do you know if there is any data about how much decisions are changed by at MR i.e. how may people who score 0 win at MR, how many who scored 1 win etc etc???
