I was diagnosed with PMR - I am finding it so stresfull. Have you any advice please?

I was diagnosed with PMR in november 2017 & I have also now been diagnosed with fibermyralgia also. I work a 40 hour week & have been struggling for a while to be honest. I cant afford to give up work. I am finding it so stresfull. Have you any advice please?

By PMR do you mean Polymyalgia rheumatica? If so there is information here on the Arthritis Website.
Have you looked at the benefits calculator to see if you could be entitled to any support? You could also try the PIP self test.
Is your work being supportive? Have you looked into reasonable adjustments?Scope
