Adapting bike pedal

Hi, I had a knee replacement 4 yrs ago & it didn't go well, I had it done again in October & still struggling, I am unable to walk far, get up & down the stairs & definitely can't ride my pedal bike, does anyone out there know of a cheap way to adapt my right pedal so I don't have to bend my knee at 90°, I can only get 70 at the most Thank you Julie

Hi Julie and a big welcome to the Scope community .
I used to race my bike competitively so I know a bit about bikes.
if you raise your saddle so when you sit on it both of your feet are on tip toe to the ground. When riding your bike your legs shouldn't have to be 90 degrees if your saddle is at this height . Hope this helps please get back to me if it doesn't

Another suggestion, you could look on a site like eBay for a shorter crank arm (The long bit the peddle is attached to)
