I am still waiting for a mandatory review decision, six weeks plus now.
I phoned this morning and they said they had returned it to Atos for further advice. Why would they do this?

Hope it all works out. Presumably they need a “medical” (ha ha) opinion on an answer which isn’t in their tick box agenda.0

CM's have no medical training so if you have disputed some medical points then your report will be sent back to the AP, usually for a review by a different assessor
