MR letter

in PIP, DLA, ADP & AA
Received my Mr letter last Friday on first page it says I am still not entitled to PIP x but I have scored 9 points for care and 12 points for mobility and it says decision has been changed from no to yes rang up PIP on Monday lady I spoke to was just as confused has I was x still waiting for phone call back to find out more but I am worried bout not being able to carry on with appeal if I need to already nearly 2 weeks from date on letter xx

    Hi Sue it sounds like an error on the letter as if you get between 8 and 11 points in total, you'll get for the daily living component of PIP at the standard rate. If you get at least 12 points in total, you'll get the daily living component at the enhanced rate. Ring them back it’s a free call. You are better ringing first thing in the morning. Tell them you would like a call back the same day if they cannot answer your question straight away.

    I have phoned DWP and they have said letter was correct for points and I have got my award of daily living at standard rate and mobility at enhanced rate xx
