Hi frankieThere is no time limit for an MR decision. The succes rate at MR is around 18%.Have you asked for/ received a copy of the assessment report ?Be all you can be, make every day count. Namaste

No i dont think i have ? Is there any point now ? My f2f was just a complete farce and did not reflect my conditions at all ! Should i wait for the refusal from my mand recond 1st ?

I would suggest that you do ask for it asap. If you have to appeal to tribunal it will give you a head start on what descriptors you need to challenge

Thanks i will do ! I called today before i knew that and was told just gone to case manager today but i was on hold 40 mins ! They dont make it easy to contact them ! I am so anxious about the whole process ! It just defies believe i was believed before and this time f2f almost called me a liar in my decision letter !

Have been told over the phone today the case manager is waiting for a response from health care assistant or something for further advice ? What can this mean ? Thank you

Thank you for updating us @frankie14 I am sorry to hear this has been stressful for you. How are you doing today? Probably to double check before making a decision.

Is it normal for case manager to ask health assoc 4 advice

Case managers have no medical knowledge so they would ask the assessment provider for clarification of any point they are unsure of. It is " normal" practice

Ok so not necessarily negative ? I felt like they were questioning ny medical evidence
