Blocking footpaths

I have just been out with my dog along a footpath which was blocked at the far end by a Dark Blue Ford. I have Cerebral Palsy and find it hard to get around cars without assistance. I wish people would think!

Hi @tommy2k17.....have to say I agree with you 100%. Cars sitting across dropped kerbs and on pavements drive me batty when out and about on my scooter. Ditto with abandoned wheelie bins and those dog owners who won't clean up the mess after them. I also came across a point where the pavement had been dug up by the local authority but there was no ramp for me to get round it!! As you say it only takes a moment to consider others. OK...rant over. DLTBGYD.
Best wishes.

Most drivers are considerate while others think I’ll only be a minute and it’s that minute you and i come along. Where I live households park on the pavement sometimes making it impassable for a mobility scooter so after they seeing me on my scooter a wide space is left for me and trades people do the same.

This is also quite common where I live. although, I find wheelie bins more of an issue. People just don't seem to take them back in.
