in Start here and say hello!
I currently work as a Welfare Benefit Adviser for a large housing association and also volunteer at Citizens Advice on a Saturday. My role is to support those who are vulnerable due to their disability and/or lack insight.
I have joined this site and hope to assist others with any issues or queries where possible. 
Due to my workload I can only access the site once or twice a week so if any questions are not answered straight away please bear with me.

    @Adrian_Scope Thank you :) I am always looking at ways to help and advise those who are vulnerable or just in need of some support and hope I can be of some help especially when trying to understand the logic and reasoning that is often involved in the abyss of our wonderful benefit system!
