Lost PIP...again....

 In early 2016 I lost my then DLA as they said I had no visible disability. I took it all the way to the tribunal and won in October 2016 and was awarded 3 years of PIP. DWP has now taken it again, 6 months before the 3 years is up, again stating I have no visible disability. This is with all the letters from the docs and psychologist/psychiatrist stating my conditions. I have now sent a letter for mandatory reconsideration which I already know how will end, so I guess there will be another trip to the tribunal. Has anyone else had this issue with DWP??? I thought they just changed the laws regarding discrimination against those with mental health problems...I guess not....

    Unfortunately this seems to be fairly common when an award has been made by the tribunal. It might help if you send a copy of the tribunal decision

    Hello, the trouble with mental health issues is proving there is a problem and getting evidence to fit the descriptors. With all the medical information saying you are suffering from A, B, & C yet you are able to preform the PIP descriptors as per the assessment then your only option is to go for MR then a tribunal sending in your last tribunal report as CR says may help.

    Remember that evidence just stating your diagnoses isn't that useful. They want to know how it affects your functioning, specifically with regards to the questions .

    Happened to me too.
