Hello @lily94,
Thank you for your question.
From previous experience in making Easy Read document for both staff/colleagues and individuals with learning disabilities, i`ve never known of any software that can do this for you.
Please see below and list of things to consider when creating an Easy read document, many of these are to ensure the visual feel of the document is clear, plain and not over crowded.- Use wide margins.
- Justify all of your writing to the left.
- Keep the pictures to the left of the writing.
- Use at least 1.5 spacing between lines.
- Number the pages at the bottom right hand side.
- Use large font: at least size 14/16.
- Use a clear font like Arial.
- Usually 4-5 pictures to a page is the maximum.
- Use wide spaces so the information is clear.
- Use numbers not the words for numbers: 8 not eight.
- Do not use text boxes as they are hard to adjust formatting.
- Include visual pictures, examples (Makaton symbols, Widgit symbols) depending on your target audience.
If you have any other questions please do contact me.

@lily94 ,
Even better, if you want your own on-demand customized software (that exactly meets your needs) which can extract written data (text) from any photography/image or via a life recording camera, it's for a few lines of code in Python (there are many libraries like e.g.: this one). Consequently, the extracted data will be saved into your SQL database or/and directly read. Of course, the extracted data can be reused for your website, auto-published directly from the software. However, to read the website, Chrome and Windows offer native support for disabled people so this is pointless.
Get in touch if you find out that your organization needs a programmer. I'm yet currently studying against a degree in computer science but a student working on freelance projects has always been seemed as the point where you can save some money.
Best regards,
J. VysvaderYou can feel free to get in touch
