F2F for ESA cancelled

Face to face for esa was.cancelled.
Then letter arrived to phone jobcentre.for the explanation.
Is this commom.

    Esa interview cancelled.
    Told to contact jobcentre for explanation why.

    Hi @Linn and welcome to the community! 
    It could be a number of reasons so you are best off calling and seeing what they say. It could be simply that the appointment needs to be rearranged or sometimes it can be because they've decided they have enough information/evidence to make a decision without a F2F, another member @ollieandduke had the same thing recently too.

    Give the JC a call and let us know what they say.
