my neibour has given me a mobility scooter was his mum's ,I was looking to insure get service and breakdown cover,in the gtr manchester area .I looked on line very confusing couldn't get away from mobility scheme I was looking for personal but gave up not known for my patience and bobo wanted a walk.

@MITCH1949 Hi, I went for this insurance and breakdown plus personal injury cover for £65 per year. Maybe your local mobility shop would be best for an initial service....can't help you further with that one sorry.
https://www.eta.co.uk/breakdown/mobility-scooter/ other policy providers appeared to be available but this seemed to be the best for my needs. Would be wise to compare the options I guess. Patience not one of my strong points either !!
