I'm living Harrow UK, 59yrs old, an artist, mum, nan, sociable person who loves company and also suffer from rheumatoid arthritis for over 20years and recently fibromyalgia. I'm trying desperately not to let this define me but I'm becoming more isolated and worried because I know this can get worse as a person gets older.
I would like to make friends and chats, have shared experiences.

You may want to contact your local council and see if there's any activities or support they can offer. Versus Arthritis may have some suggestions and advice too.
