Here's a list of local CAB's in Cornwall who may be able to support you, do you have support from a mental health team or your local council may have some suggestions for support. We have some advice and tips on budgeting and money saving tips.

I am sorry what you are going through. I myself have mental health issues.
Have you tried mental health charities.

Can help with floating support or an outreach worker. Advice and guidance on wellbeing, benefits and anything else.
Do take clientele who are disabled or have other conditions.
Sorry to hear you have problems with budgeting and money.
Some County councils have a wellbeing unit for health and community.
Have a look on line also do courses regarding how to budget and finances. As well being.

The Money Advice Service have lots of support on budgets. They have a budget planner that you can put all your information in to and it can give you suggestions on how to help.0
