Hi LeeHow long was your decision letter for ?It should tell you when you have to renew your claim. With a tribunal decision you are asked if you want to reapply 14 weeks from the end date and if it took a long time to get to tribunal this will have eaten into the time remainingBe all you can be, make every day count. I won my tribunal so just a bit confused to why they want another face to face when Iv already just had one

Do you claim ESA as well as PIP? If so then are you sure the assessment isn't for ESA?
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
Often the award length remains the same as when you had your first decision letter. The judge can only make a recomendation as to length, the DWP don't have to accept it unlike the actual award

But they did accept it a couple months ago

On the letter it says dwp has ask them to go to an assessment
-
It does not state on the letter is just says dwp
-
Your right it might be esa I think I'm due one soon

Thank you for jogging my memory lol I was so anxious about it being for pip
I will call them next week to check -
No worries, anything from DWP invokes a panic response in many people. Do let us know how you get on

If it’s from ‘ Centre for Disability and Health Assesments ‘ it’ll prob be for ESA if it’s ATOS of Capita ‘ independent assesment service’ then it’ll be PIP. If it’s just DWP letter look at the top right hand should say where’s it’s come from
