    Hi @lucy71 and welcome

Is this a review of an existing claim or do you not have an award in payment at the moment ?

Hi @lucy71 and a very warm welcome to the community! Thank you for coming to us regarding your PIP application, we understand this can be an extremely stressful time for people! On average it takes 6-8 weeks to hear back, so I hope you are not waiting much longer! You may find the PIP board on the community to be a useful tool as it has things all to do with PIP and the process. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help! :)
