Waiting to hear from pip for my son

my son but in a new form for pip 13 weeks a go we not heard nothing when he phone up they said they sending a letter for a face to face apointment but we got a letter from his GP for them to come to are home to do it 4 weeks go still not heard nothing how long does this take please

Hi,There's no timescales i'm afraid. It all depends on backlog in your area. Claims can take several months, sometimes longer. Hopefully it won't be too much longer.0
