hi I got a litter from the from the independent tribunal service telling me I will need to get the medical records myself do I haft to get a full copy of

of my medical records

    Hi,

    If that's what they've asked for them yes. Did they tell you how many years of medical records they want? It's free to request digital copies of these from your GP but you have to pay for paper copies.
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
    If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

    Ring HMCTS to ask how many years of medical records they want.
