Hi, I have an ESA appeal this afternoon. I suffer from COPD and fibrosis of the liver caused by an auto-immune condition (and not drinking). My ESA was stopped and I was found fit for work in May, 2018. I was breathless with a chronic chest condition and my stomach was badly distended due to my liver. The 'Health Professional' (not a qualified doctor) appointed by the DHSS completely omitted these factors from her report. I'm having to represent myself in court today due to lack of resources and would appreciate any advice that could be offered.

Thanks Steve.

Hearing was adjourned Steve, due to DWP not providing me with copies of the relevant paperwork beforehand.

Hi @teresa126, I'm sorry to hear that your hearing was adjourned! I imagine this only makes it more stressful. Please do let us know if there is anything else we can do to help in the meantime
