Holiday with disabled child

We are planning on booking a room at a hotel or BnB. How do I politely find out about disability friendly activities and accommodation? If you can recommend anything I will definitely be grateful. Where do I find information on where to eat and what to do in the city as well. Thanks in advance.

Thank you. I have come up with a potential itinerary for our weekend trip next month. I have another question to ask- are there any specific things to do as a family?1

Thanks for your suggestions. We are going to Bath tomorrow morning for five days. I have packed a suitcase of things for our trip. One more question can you recommend any museums? Preferably ones that are generally tolerant of children.1
