Sounds like the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. Don’t miss your Tribunal hearing they may be trying to bypass the hearing or persuade you not to attend who knows with the DWP nobody will take ownership of the decisions made or record and documented conversations ect

I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
I was told I was awarded

You still should have attended the Tribunal. When you rang DWP the following day you said there was no record of them offering you an award, have you rang DWP again to ask?

I couldn’t go. I had no way to get there . I don’t drive. There was no one to give me a lift. I can’t leave the house alone. I couldn’t of gone as I am not familiar with the area . Even if there was someone to come with me the bus journey is too long. I am in too much pain to stand up Never mind going to a tribunal. I haven’t slept in weeks because of this stress. I Can’t eat a lot. My swallowing is going. it’s a symptom of my ptsd. I Am losing Weight. I
must smell as I cant shower or take care of my personal hygiene and when I called again dwp
said I was awarded but
They can’t send an award letter for four weeks -
Good morning @EllieStar1989! I understand and can emphasise with this being an extremely stressful situation and I'm sorry it's has a detrimental impact on your health. I really do hope you get the award and please do keep us updated.
