I am 63 years old male, married no children. Currently waiting for my PIP decision. I am a sexual abuse survivor, wishing to lead a calm and hassle free life. PIP interviews are demeaning to those with mental health issues. All I want is to move on,please.

    Hi @notoneoftheboys

Welcome it’s great to meet you today!!!!!!!!!

I am very very sorry to hear about your current problems.

Yes I have just had my “PIP”assessment

She did come at my home in the end.

I had to start my hourly catheterisation via my belly button.

It will be very very interesting in seeing what she made of this!!!!

“o well in for a penny in for a pound”

I don't blame you in wanting a calm and hassle free life.
Unfortunately the DWP seem not to want to give claimants that.
It's awful once you get on the wheel of PIP with constant re-assessments and reviews, never knowing what the next award will be, how will you be treated and how will it leave you. For those that want to claim PIP it all goes with the territory.
